6 Month Program
This option is great if you are not ready for 1-on-1 coaching at this stage. I host sessions with a small group of people every 2 weeks for 6 months, this also includes a monthly 1-on-1 15min session with me. These coaching sessions have a particular focus on stress management and general lifestyle changes to start living a more balanced fulfilling life. There is also the added benefit of meeting new people who will be supporting each other through the process.
